Privacy Policy
Texas UIL A+ · published by Cyquila
Summary
Texas UIL A+ is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers. We don’t have servers. Your practice data stays on your device.
What the app stores (on your device only)
- A display name you optionally enter, saved locally on the device.
- Practice progress — test history, scores, and saved “practice queue” questions — saved locally using the device’s standard storage.
This data never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you delete the app.
What we do not do
- No user accounts or sign-in.
- No advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No collection of contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers.
- No selling or sharing of data (there is none to sell or share).
Third-party content
- Spotify: The Music Memory “Listening Quiz” embeds official Spotify players and can link to Spotify. When you play or open these, Spotify may process data under Spotify’s Privacy Policy. We receive nothing from Spotify.
- External links: The app links to public resources (for example, uiltexas.org), which have their own privacy practices.
- Feedback email: “Send Feedback” opens your device’s Mail app pre-addressed to us. If you choose to send it, we receive the email you write and use it only to read and act on your feedback.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for students and families and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app does not knowingly gather children’s personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
